Jill joined HRA in 2023 as part of HRA’s acquisition of Stevens Historical Research Associates, where she had supported project operations and conducted historical research since 2019. Her research expertise includes digital repositories, congressional documents, newspaper research, and land patents. She provides research support through data analysis, managing project sources, and report production.

Prior to working as a historian, Jill worked over a decade for the State of Idaho as a grant administrator, developing her program management and analytical skills, as well as a unique knowledge about criminal justice and tourism in Idaho.

Outside work, Jill enjoys small adventures with her family, reading speculative fiction, and redeeming a former black thumb with her growing houseplant collection.
