HRA developed interpretive panels about the history of the El Milagro Housing Complex in Twin Falls, Idaho. The content, presented in Spanish and English, explores the deep roots of agricultural laborers in Idaho, including Japanese Americans incarcerated during World War II and multiple generations of seasonal laborers from Latinx communities. This work was part of a Memorandum of Agreement to mitigate for renovation and replacement of many original buildings on site. Project partners included the Community Council of Idaho and Minidoka National Historic Site.
