HRA completed a cultural resources assessment of the Miller Ranch Wind Energy project near Goldendale, Washington. HRA assisted the client in consultation with the Yakima Nation of Indians, recorded dozens of archaeological resources, completed a visual effects assessment using landscape modeling, and assisted the client in compliance with the Washington SEPA process in support of a Klickitat County EOZ (Energy Overlay Zone) application. HRA worked closely with project engineers to redesign the project layout to ensure avoidance of all archaeological resources during construction of the project.
