Under contract to the U.S. Coast Guard, HRA historians and graphic artist designed and fabricated three interpretive signs illustrating the history of the naval air installation at Kodiak Island, Alaska. The porcelain panels included text, maps, and photographs, and were installed in a roadside display outside Women’s Bay on Kodiak.
