Keith holds a PhD in US history from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He joined HRA in July 2007 after spending five years teaching US history at the university level and a year and a half working for a historical consulting firm in Washington, DC. At HRA, Keith provides expertise in historical research related to the history of site ownership, production processes, and government-private relationships at hazardous waste sites. He also produces administrative histories and researches and writes on the management of natural resources on Indian reservations.
