Josh Dinwiddie is an Archaeologist in our Portland, Oregon office. He joined HRA in 2014 and works on and manages many archaeological projects. When asked about a favorite memory at HRA, he noted: “I’d been in the field almost exclusively for a couple of months on a monitoring project, and I came into the office one day to drop off paperwork or something and found a near life-size cardboard bust of myself sitting at my desk. It was nice to be missed!” He also mentioned a favorite project being the Celilo project, in which HRA “conducted Phase II testing at dozens of sites for a transmission line project throughout Lake County, in southern Oregon. The archaeology was fascinating, and the landscape was beautiful and desolate. Even getting out to some of the sites each day was an adventure.”
Celebrating 50 years of HRA in 2024!
