Jordan Pickrell is a Senior Archaeologist and the Seattle Regional Manager in our Seattle, Washington office. She joined HRA in 2014 and worked extensively in the field for many years. She notes one of her favorite projects was the Even Hotel Project, where HRA staff “conducted a data recovery excavation on an urban residential lot, encountering two privies that were filled between 1905 and 1910. We analyzed over 3,000 artifacts recovered from the features, which provided information about the lifeways of the working-class population living at the site in the early 1900s.” She also notes that her favorite thing about working at HRA is “the team that we have built here at HRA. I appreciate the expertise of my colleagues and the collaboration that occurs on each of our projects.”
