Jen Gilpin is HRA’s Health and Safety Manager, based in our Seattle, Washington office. She joined HRA in 2006 and worked as an archaeologist prior to transitioning to a health and safety role for the company. Her favorite HRA traditions include the Seattle office’s outings to Mariners games and when staff bring in baked goods along a theme, like for our “pie-offs” and holiday cookie exchanges. She also notes that her favorite thing about working at HRA is “working with such a great group of supportive individuals. Folks have an array of interests, expertise, and really cool experiences in and outside of work, and I really enjoy learning from everyone.”
