HRA’s federal, state, and local cultural resources management (CRM) compliance services include:
- Full-service research, survey, identification, recordation, evaluation, monitoring, and treatment/mitigation of archaeological, historical, and architectural resources according to State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and other state and federal standards
- National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility evaluation and project effects assessments
- Management of complex, multidisciplinary cultural resources projects
- Compliance reports and plans
- Technology based specialty studies
- Development and execution of agreement documents including programmatic agreements, memoranda of agreement (MOAs), memoranda of understanding (MOUs), and Historic Properties Management Plans (HPMPs)
- SHPO and public agency coordination and communications
- Tribal coordination and communications
- Compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines
