Matt Sneddon is a Senior Architectural Historian in our Seattle, Washington office. He joined HRA in 2011 and has taken on many projects for the Coast Guard, Navy, and other federal agencies. He mentions his favorite projects being hard to choose between, but notes both “the fortifications at San Juan, Puerto Rico, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Grand Coulee Dam in Washington are high on the list.” Among his favorite HRA traditions are attending Mariners baseball games with Seattle co-workers, and he also has fond memories of “standing on a hill in Kodiak watching the USCG helicopters take off from the former World War II naval base with Heather or walking across the Mall in Washington DC to work in the National Archives.”

Celebrating 50 years of HRA in 2024!
