Michele Stoll is HRA’s Project Accountant, based in our Missoula, Montana office. She joined HRA in 2009 and helps keep HRA running smoothly and efficiently on the accounting side. When asked about her favorite project, she says, “As hard as it was, the Oregon fires … even though it was super long and weird hours and lots of twists and turns. It allowed me to establish some great working relationships with individuals I didn’t have prior.” She likes the variety in our projects and her day-to-day tasks, noting that “It makes working kind of interesting.” Her advice to newer colleagues is “Remember that we are all human and to give others grace. Treat those around you how you want to be treated.”
