HRA is celebrating the 15-year anniversary of HRA historian Nicolai Kryloff. Starting out in HRA’s Washington, DC, office, Nick now operates HRA’s Albuquerque, NM, office. Nick has made significant contributions to many HRA projects over the years but has become known for his expert knowledge of water rights and for his exceptional writing. He just completed a deeply researched, beautifully illustrated, and wonderfully written study on the history of Ohio River Locks and Dams 52 and 53 for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District.
