HRA conducted a Historic Property Evaluation and Technical Report regarding Morgan Middle School in Ellensburg, Washington, a 1929 structure that includes additions from the 1930s–1990s. HRA prepared an evaluation of the property to determine if there is a historic resource present and to identify character-defining and/or contributing features of the property and the condition of the structure(s). The Technical Report then introduced facilities management and site planning considerations for the School District. Redevelopment and/or rehabilitation strategies were documented and potential compliance and mitigation concerns addressed.
