Lynn Compas has more than 30 years of experience managing cultural resources projects of all sizes in Washington and California. She received her MA in Cultural Resource Management from Sonoma State University in 1998. Since then, she has conducted precontact and historic cultural resources studies in mountain, desert, and coastal areas in both the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. This includes several years of experience working on energy, transportation, and development projects in Washington and California. Her experience includes compiling cultural resource assessments, historic property management plans, mitigation plans, and environmental assessments for organizations such as Puget Sound Energy, Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas and Electric, Washington Department of Transportation, the National Park Service, and the City of Seattle. Lynn joined HRA in 2009.
