HRA conducted an archaeological and above-ground cultural resources survey of the route of a proposed pedestrian trail and bridge in Snohomish County, Washington, to comply Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. HRA conducted background research, pedestrian surveys, shovel probes) and a survey of historic resources.
