Fort Hall tribes water rights

HRA conducted historical research on the 1888 Pocatello Townsite Act for the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the Snake River Basin Adjudication. HRA conducted archival research and prepared an expert witness report investigating the act’s provision for the townsite to use water from the Shoshone Bannock Indian Reservation.
