Seneca-Cayuga tribal rights on New York land

HRA prepared a history of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma for the state of New York. The Seneca-Cayuga Tribe sued the towns of Aurelius and Montezuma and the county of Cayuga, all in New York state, to enjoin them from enforcing building codes and zoning laws on land the tribe purchased in Cayuga County. The project involved archival research, preparation of an expert witness report, and deposition testimony.
